My in-store experience was great. I had done my research online, but the salesman clarified a lot of questions. It was such an easy process. They really have their procedures down.
I took a star away because the delivery process was problematic. The email stated I would have a 40 minute warning. I got a 10 minute automated warning call, then wasted time trying to contact a human. The driver called and said he'd wait 20 minutes. That was nice, but I wished I had the wasted minutes back as well. Good thing I wasn't 40 minutes away.
