I have constantly requested repairs in my apartment. Management comes in with Maintenance and maintenance half do repairs. Typical of a slum lord repair, promise to do the others and never come back. They never wash down the stairs or blow the leaves from the second or third floor. It took me 5 month to get a washer machine that did not damage my clothes and finely they added a water softener that I begged for from the time I moved in.
I also gave them a list of things that was not done upon move in even the mold and mildew in my apartment and was told I am the blame. My place is always damp even in the month of August with windows open. Always being bitten by something. Bugs, possibly carpet bugs and possibly fleas. However, I have purchased insect sprays to no end.
